Description
Bar and wire rod mills can custom-designed solutions for a wide range of products.For producing rebars with lower operational cost and to increase the efficiency we have our High Speed Delivery system available, which allows to run with 45m/s onto the cooling bed. Compared to the traditional slitting method, conversion costs can be saved in the range of 48 to 104 RMB/ton.

Advanced 3-roll technology with adjustment under load.You can use it anywhere, any time with single-pass family rolling – for all diameters and steel grades, whenever you wish. That minimizes down times.
2. Precise gauge
The surface measurement system helps you determine the precise position of anomalies on the bar surface at the time of rolling.
