Temprimar equipment introduction

On-line temprimar equipment of hot-rolled bars is an effective means of controlling and adjusting the properties of rods and wires. The basic requirement for this device is that the rolling stock is rapidly cooled to a predetermined temperature for a certain period of time, that is, the water cooling device is required to have a strong cooling capacity. The basic composition is the main body of temprimar equipment, automatic temperature control system and water supply system.
1. Water supply system
The cooling water is firstly pumped into the cooler in the water tank on the rolling line by the high-pressure water pump. After the rolling stock is cooled in the cooler, the water temperature rises by 5-10°C, the cooling water enters the ditch and collects, and the water flows back to the water through the pipeline. The hot water tank of the treatment station is pumped into the high-speed filter, and then the residual pressure is used to cool the tower. The water is discharged from the cooling tower and then enters the cold water pool, and then sent to the rolling line by the high-pressure pump to complete a cycle.
2.Automatic temprimar control system
The system consists of a test instrument, an actuator and a PLC, and is a closed-loop control system. The inspection content of the rolling line is mainly the temperature at the inlet and outlet of the water tank, the temperature of the controlled rolling and rolling (the inlet of the downstream rolling mill) and the temperature of the controlled cooling (the inlet of the cooling bed), the temperature of the cooling water, the pressure of the cooling water, and the flow rate of the cooling water entering the water tank. The actuators are mainly electric regulating valves, pressure relief valves and pneumatic opening and closing valves.
3.Main equipment of temprimar machine
Temprimar machine process: the steel bar with a final rolling temperature of 900-1100 °C is directly quenched by cooling with a water cooler, so that the surface temperature rapidly drops to 200-300 ° C, and then the residual heat is transmitted from the core of the rolled piece in the air. The steel is brought to a self-tempering temperature of 550-650 ° C to achieve the purpose of improving the hardness, plasticity and toughness of the steel, so that the steel has good comprehensive performance.
